Terms of Service

Replyfast drafts suggested replies to posts on X, in three tones (Friendly, Professional, Humorous), in English. Suggestions are drafts only: nothing is ever posted or sent unless you copy it yourself.

You must be at least 13 years old and have a Google account. One person, one account, one credit balance — wallets cannot be shared or pooled. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Before generating replies or buying credits, you must save a complete Profile (niches, account stage, positioning). Projects remain optional. Editing your Profile later never changes your balance.

You get 20 credits once, when you first save a complete Profile.

Credits are sold as one-time packs, not a subscription: Starter (50 credits, $4.99), Growth (150, $11.99), Pro (500, $29.99), and Scale (1,500, $69.99). The listed price is the full amount charged.

A generation costs 1 credit, deducted only when it succeeds — failed attempts cost nothing.

Credits do not expire and stack when you buy again. Purchased packs are non-refundable.

Payments run through Creem and open in a new browser tab. Credits come only from the signup grant and purchases; there are no promo codes.

Use Replyfast only for drafting your own replies, and follow X's rules and applicable law. Don't use Replyfast to spam, harass, mislead people, generate unlawful content, or automate bulk activity. We may suspend accounts for abuse.

You own what you write and what you draft; you grant us only the limited right to process it to operate the service. We own Replyfast, its brand, and the extension. If you send feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or payment.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Replyfast nor its suppliers are liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts paid in the 12 months before a claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in that case they apply to the fullest extent permitted there.

You may stop using Replyfast at any time by signing out. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you lose access to remaining credits; purchased credits are non-refundable.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the date above and notify you in the extension before they take effect. Continuing to use Replyfast after that means you accept the new Terms.
